After two more weekends in cinemas, the *Avengers: Endgame Encore* reissue has added $126m to the film’s lifetime takings, TheWrap reports. It puts the reissue’s receipts at $36.2m domestically and $89.8m overseas. [1]
That takes *Endgame* to roughly $2.92bn worldwide, narrowly ahead of *Avatar* in the unadjusted all-time box-office ranking. TheWrap rounds both films’ totals to $2.92bn, so the figures do not show the precise margin. [1]
The Encore reissue features an altered ending and three new mid- and post-credits scenes connected to the forthcoming *Avengers: Doomsday*, TheWrap reports. [1]
