Four crew members were injured aboard the USS Eisenhower off Virginia on Monday evening, 28 September, after something went wrong during an aircraft landing, the US Navy said in an account reported by ANP and Reuters. The two pilots ejected from the aircraft. Rescuers picked them up and returned them safely to the carrier, where medical staff were examining them. It was unclear whether either pilot was injured.
