The first Nationale lichtjesavond will bring music and remembrance to Amersfoort on 1 November, with a live broadcast planned on NPO 1.

KRO-NCRV has announced Roxeanne Hazes and Nick Schilder among the performers for the first Nationale lichtjesavond, Nieuws.nl reports. Jim Bakkum, Diggy Dex and Zoë Livay are also on the bill. The evening is planned for Sunday 1 November in Amersfoort and is due to be broadcast live on NPO 1. [1]
The event will commemorate people who have died. Karsu Dönmez is set to present it. Between the musical performances, short scenes will tell the story of Job, a man who loses everything and searches for support and meaning. Werner Kolf will play the lead role. [1]
Anita Witzier is due to speak with visitors about the people they miss at the Wagenwerkplaats site, which has room for 2,000 people. [1]
