Max Verstappen is due to use a new internal-combustion engine and turbocharger at the Azerbaijan Grand Prix. Both changes fall within his 2026 season allocation, so neither brings a grid penalty. [1]
The FIA’s technical delegate also lists an exhaust set and a new power-unit ancillary component for the Red Bull driver. Verstappen had previously used three engines, three turbochargers and three exhaust sets this season, as well as four ancillary components.
