Ireland’s football association is examining recordings from its win over Israel before deciding whether to ask UEFA to investigate alleged racist abuse of Adam Idah.

The Football Association of Ireland (FAI) is reviewing video from the Republic of Ireland’s 3–0 Nations League win over Israel on 27 September after concerns that forward Adam Idah was racially abused by Israel supporters. An FAI spokesperson said the association would examine the footage for evidence of racism. BBC Sport reported that it was also gathering audio from pitchside microphones and setting up a panel to analyse the recordings. [1] [2]
