The Kingdom of the Netherlands’ four governments plan to meet on Sint Maarten in November for their first Kingdom Summit, focused on closer cooperation.

The governments of Aruba, Curaçao, the Netherlands and Sint Maarten are scheduled to gather on 17–18 November 2026, the Dutch government announced on 1 October. The meeting is intended to give the Kingdom’s four autonomous countries a forum to discuss closer cooperation. [1]
Under the planned programme, each country will give its own State of the Nation address. The prime ministers are expected to discuss their countries’ successes and challenges and identify policy areas where new or closer cooperation may be possible. [1]
Sint Maarten’s prime minister, Luc Mercelina, said the country looked forward to welcoming the other three governments to the summit. [1]
