Rocco Coronel won the third and final Spanish Formula 4 race of the Jerez weekend from pole position. He had won the opening two races of the season but had not taken another victory until Jerez. [1]
The 30-minute race was interrupted by a red flag after Miki Blascos ended up upside down in the gravel. There were further neutralisations, and the field crossed the finish line behind the safety car. RacingNews365 Nederland described Coronel as having faced little pressure at the front. [1]
Coronel moved up to fourth in the Spanish Formula 4 standings after Jerez. Kasper Schormans remained the championship leader with two race weekends to go. [1]
