Oura has postponed its planned US stock market debut because of uncertainty in the market for new listings, Dutch news agency ANP reported. The smart-ring maker formally announced its planned New York flotation on 21 September. [1]
ANP cited earlier Bloomberg reporting that Oura was seeking to raise up to $2.2bn through a Nasdaq listing. Bloomberg also reported orders for roughly four times as many shares as were available. [1]
US nuclear energy company Holtec Nuclear has also recently postponed an IPO. Holtec said a combination of developments had damaged investor confidence in new listings, ANP reported. It remains unclear when Oura might revive its plans. [1]
