Baxters has recalled a batch of its Cullen Skink soup over a manufacturing fault that could make cans swell and rupture. Customers are being told not to open or eat affected cans.
Review information is loading.
Baxters has recalled some 400g cans of its Chef Selections Cullen Skink smoked haddock soup after a manufacturing fault was found that could cause the cans to swell and rupture.
The Food Standards Agency says affected cans may spoil, giving the soup an unpleasant odour and flavour. Customers in England, Wales and Scotland are being told not to eat it or open the can. They should place it in a bag and put it in an outside bin.
The recall applies to cans with batch code L07XC and a best-before date of April 2029. Customers seeking a replacement can contact Baxters customer care at ccuk@baxters.com.
