The Council of State has warned that proposed changes to the Netherlands’ Box 3 wealth-tax bill are not responsible, saying the Dutch Tax Administration considers them unworkable before 2028. The dispute over how to fund the changes is also causing “uncertainty and unrest”, the advisory body says.
