Police in The Hague deployed the Mobile Unit on Korte Voorhout on 31 October after some young people at a gathering did not comply with police orders to move to Malieveld, the Netherlands’ national news agency ANP reported. The crowd had assembled in response to social-media calls for “Gen-Z protests”.
An ANP reporter at the scene said police had repeatedly asked those present to go to Malieveld, but some did not comply. The report did not say how many people were there or whether anyone was arrested or injured.
