Minou Ratelband says she has been inundated with messages after appealing for information about her father, Dutch television personality and entrepreneur Emile Ratelband. She told the ANP news agency on Wednesday that no response had yet led to a concrete development she could report.
On Saturday, Minou posted a message on LinkedIn on behalf of the children, offering €2,500 for a tip that leads to their father. She said most of the messages she had received were kind and supportive, but that there were now too many for her to answer everyone personally.
Her brother Emilio also shared the appeal over the weekend. Ratelband, 77, is believed to have moved to Thailand in 2022. Nieuws.nl reports that some of his children have raised concerns about limited contact with him in recent years. [1]
