Just Eat Takeaway orders rise for first time in 55 months, Prosus says

Just Eat Takeaway, the delivery group behind Thuisbezorgd.nl, received more orders in September than in the same month last year, owner Prosus said. It was the first increase in 55 months, according to an ANP report published by Nieuws.nl. [1]

Prosus took control of the company in December 2025. In a letter to shareholders, chief executive Fabricio Bloisi said orders were falling by 9% at the time, though he did not specify the period used for that comparison. Prosus expects order growth to continue. It says it has recently worked on technology, customer retention and marketing, and plans to keep investing in the delivery business. [1]
