Sam Fender says prices for his 2027 stadium tour will be changed after he criticised figures circulated online, and says standing will not be split into tiers.

Sam Fender says he will lower ticket prices for his summer 2027 stadium tour after objecting to prices circulated online before tickets go on sale.
The singer said the reported prices had risen more than he expected and should reflect the cost of putting on the show. “They’re getting changed,” he wrote on Instagram, according to the BBC.
Fender also said standing tickets would not be divided into front and back sections, and ruled out an option to pay more to stand closer to the stage. He said he had not known the proposed standing arrangement was planned.
The tour is due to visit Newcastle, Cardiff, London, Edinburgh, Dublin and Manchester. Tickets are scheduled to go on general sale at 09:30 GMT on Friday, with a pre-sale at the same time on Wednesday. The BBC report does not give the revised prices.
