Prince Harry has said he “slipped into depression for about two weeks” after moving to Canada in 2019, ahead of his move to the US. Speaking in a paid online class about grief, he said he felt he could not function without adrenaline, BBC News reported. [1]
Harry recalled experiencing what he called an “adrenaline crash” within two or three days of being in Canada, away from an environment he described as stressful. He said it was something he had never experienced before.
He also spoke about the years after the death of his mother, Diana, when he was 12. Harry said he had felt emotionally numb for a long time and guilty at the possibility of being happy without her. [1]
