Arnold Rosier has been appointed mayor of Dantumadiel, a municipality in the Dutch province of Fryslân. He takes office on 10 November, the Dutch government said on 19 October. [1]
Rosier, 52, is a member of the D66 party and currently serves as clerk to the Provincial Council of Fryslân. Anja Haga of the Christian Union is acting mayor until his appointment takes effect. [1]
