Belgian band Clouseau is due to play Brussels’s King Baudouin Stadium on 4 August 2027, in what is expected to be the biggest concert of its career. Organiser Greenhouse Talent says Clouseau will be the first Belgian band to stage its own concert at the venue. [1]
Koen Wauters told ANP, in remarks reported by Nieuws.nl, that the band had thought a Belgian stadium concert would never be possible for them. He also claimed that no Belgian artist had previously played a stadium in Belgium — a broader claim than the organiser’s statement about this particular venue. [1]
The stage is planned for the centre of the stadium. Wauters said the arrangement offered ways to get the sound right, and that he was not particularly worried about it. [1]
Both of Clouseau’s concerts at Brussels’s King Baudouin Stadium sold out on Wednesday, Nieuws.nl reported. Ticket sales began at 10am, and the 4 August show sold out within minutes. Organisers then announced a second concert, which has also sold out. [2]
Organiser Greenhouse Talent is considering whether to add a third concert, Nieuws.nl reported, citing the Belgian newspaper Nieuwsblad. [2]
