Greece forward Christos Tzolis will miss Sunday’s Nations League match against Germany after suffering a thigh injury in Thursday’s 2-2 draw with the Netherlands, ANP reported, citing the Greek football federation. [1]
Tzolis grabbed the back of his right thigh after a sprint in the 18th minute and was replaced by Georgios Masouras. Greece lead their Nations League group with seven points from three matches, ahead of the Netherlands on five and Germany on four. [1]
Greece host Germany in Thessaloniki on Sunday. The Netherlands face Serbia in Eindhoven the same day, with kick-off scheduled for 20:45. [1]
