Chadwick drove Williams’s FW47, its 2025 Formula 1 car, at the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve on 21 September. Williams said its team ambassador and F1 Academy adviser completed 32 laps, becoming the second woman to test one of its cars after Susie Wolff in 2015. [2]
In comments published by Formula 1 on 24 September, Chadwick said driving the car at speed around Portimão was ‘everything I imagined and 10 times more’. She added: ‘I’d go as far as saying it’s been the best day of my life so far.’ [1]

Chadwick said she hoped the experience would help her own racing and give her something valuable to pass on to younger drivers. [1]
