RacingNews365 reports that TWG Cadillac Formula 1 Team Limited, the British company operating Cadillac’s F1 team, recorded an after-tax loss of £121.9 million for 2025. Its headcount rose from 88 at the end of 2024 to 307 at the end of 2025. [1]
The loss needs context: Cadillac was preparing for its 2026 debut and did not race in 2025, so it could not receive constructors’ championship prize money. RacingNews365 says its commercial turnover was also insufficient to cover its costs. The figure is therefore not directly comparable with the results of teams that competed that year. [1]
Director Dan Towriss said TWG Cadillac Formula 1 Team LLC would provide funding if needed to meet outstanding liabilities. He cited binding investor commitments and said he did not expect that support to be needed. [1]
