Leicester Tigers won 24–19 at Newcastle Red Bulls, claiming their first Prem victory of the season and ending a seven-match winless run across all competitions.

Obi Ene put Newcastle ahead three minutes into his Prem debut, but Leicester recovered to lead 17–5 at half-time. Former Newcastle winger Adam Radwan scored on his return to Kingston Park, while Moli and Will Hurd also crossed for the Tigers. [1]
Hurd’s try, converted by Billy Searle, gave Leicester a two-score lead with 12 minutes remaining. Cameron Jordan replied for Newcastle with just under seven minutes left, and Zack Henry converted, but Leicester held on. [1]
Leicester head coach Geoff Parling described the performance as gritty and dogged, but told BBC Radio Leicester that his side still needed to improve, particularly its second-half accuracy at the set-piece. [1]
