The average recommended petrol price in the Netherlands rose by 0.2 eurocent a litre on Saturday, 26 September, from €2.727 to €2.729. ANP reported the figures, citing consumer platform UnitedConsumers, and said the increase edged past Friday’s record. [1]
UnitedConsumers’ figure averages recommended prices from five major oil companies. Those prices are generally charged at motorway filling stations, rather than at every forecourt. [1]
