Dutch entertainment website Mediacourant was offline from 12.30pm on Wednesday, with visitors told the page could not be found, Nieuws.nl reported. The cause was unclear; the report said it was not known whether the outage was linked to warnings about vulnerabilities in PHP, a widely used programming language. [1]
Mediacourant, which has operated since 2004, covers news and gossip from the Dutch television, media and entertainment industries. Nieuws.nl says it reaches millions of visitors each week. [1]
