Suriname beat Martinique 2-1 in Paramaribo to take the lead in CONCACAF Nations League Group B with six points from two matches. The top two teams in each group advance to the quarter-finals. [1]
Half-time substitute Justin Lonwijk opened the scoring in the 54th minute with a long-range shot. Gyranko Kerk doubled Suriname’s lead about 15 minutes later, before Boris Moltenis headed in Martinique’s goal from a corner. [1]
