The trailer for Netflix’s new documentary *The One About Matthew Perry* appeared on Tuesday, 29 September. Perry’s sister, Mia Perry Bowick, says in it that the late *Friends* actor spent $7 million (about €6 million) on attempts to overcome his addiction, Nieuws.nl reports. She also recalls him speaking about a sense of emptiness or loneliness that he could not fill. [1]
The documentary is the first time Perry Bowick has spoken about her brother on camera. His friends Roger Castillo and David Pressman also take part, but his former *Friends* castmates did not. [1]
