Tarantino has script for possible final film but plans a break

Quentin Tarantino says he has finished the script for what could be his tenth and final film, but plans to take time away before deciding what to do next.

The 63-year-old filmmaker discussed the project on *The Graham Norton Show*, according to Nieuws.nl. He said he wanted to “enjoy life a little” before making the film. Tarantino has repeatedly said he intends to stop directing after ten films. [1]

He has recently been working on *The Popinjay Cavalier*, a stage play starring Sacha Baron Cohen. It is due to premiere in March and run in London’s West End until June. Tarantino said he planned to spend time with his family afterwards before deciding on his next step. [1]

Tarantino’s most recent film, *Once Upon a Time in Hollywood*, was released in 2019. He has also directed *Pulp Fiction*, the *Kill Bill* films and *Inglourious Basterds*. [1]
