The Coen brothers say they plan to make another film together, after years of working on separate projects. They have not revealed details of what they might make.
“We’re getting old. It had better be in the near future,” Joel Coen, 71, told the French news agency AFP. His younger brother Ethan, 69, said they have earlier writings they could revisit, as well as ideas for scripts they had never found time to write. [1]
The brothers previously shared directing and writing work on films including *The Big Lebowski*, *Fargo*, *No Country for Old Men* and *True Grit*. Their last film together was *The Ballad of Buster Scruggs*, released in 2018. Since then, they have taken a break from collaborating to focus on other projects. [1]
