The provisional weekly figure includes asylum applications and arriving family members; the government says it may change slightly.
Rijksoverheid, the Dutch government’s website, reported asylum inflow of approximately 910 in week 41 of 2026. Rijksoverheid says the total includes first-time and repeat asylum applications, resettlement, relocation and arriving family members. [1]
Rijksoverheid reported a breakdown of 590 first applications, 240 arriving family members excluding a category it labels “8EVRM”, and 80 in a combined category covering repeat applications, resettlement and relocation. According to Rijksoverheid, all the figures are rounded to the nearest 10 and are provisional, so they may change slightly. Rijksoverheid says final asylum figures and trends are published monthly on the Immigration and Naturalisation Service (IND) website. [1]
