Thirteen children aged 15 or younger died after a boat capsized on the Ganges in India’s Bihar state, according to local authorities cited in an ANP/AFP report carried by Nieuws.nl. The boat overturned in Vaishali district on Tuesday evening as its passengers travelled to a celebration. [1]
