Arsenal expect to be without Bukayo Saka for several more weeks as the forward recovers from a thigh injury, manager Mikel Arteta says. The England international will miss two Nations League matches, against Croatia and Spain.
Saka picked up the injury last month during Arsenal’s Champions League match against Bayern Munich. Arteta hopes he will be able to resume training after the international break, but says he cannot predict when the 25-year-old will return to action.
Arsenal are three points clear at the top of the Premier League and are due to host Hull City on Saturday. The club had previously said it was awaiting news on Saka after he was substituted early in the 2-2 draw with Bayern.
