Ambyergaarde set to complete new housing in Maastricht’s Ambyerveld

Ambyergaarde is the final housing development planned for Ambyerveld, a new neighbourhood on the north-eastern edge of Maastricht. The project is being built in two stages: seven homes at Hoeve Bellefleur are on sale, while a second building, Hoeve Mirabelle, is planned to add five apartments.

Bellefleur, on the southern plot, comprises six apartments and one courtyard house. Asking prices start at €850,000, and the developer says a small number of homes remain available.

Mirabelle is planned for the northern plot and is still in development. Its five apartments will go on sale at a later date, which has not yet been announced.

The project is being developed by Ambyerveld BV, with Janssen Bouwen en Ontwikkelen responsible for construction. The design is by NAMO Architecture, and H+N+S Landscape Architects is working on the outdoor space.

The development’s sales information describes Bellefleur’s apartments as ranging from about 124 to 154 square metres, with three bedrooms; the courtyard house is about 178 square metres. All homes have private outdoor space and storage, and parking is on site.
