More than 10,000 people attended an open day at Media Park in Hilversum on Sunday, 4 October, a Beeld & Geluid spokesperson told Nieuws.nl. Visitors could look inside television studios and walk through sets used by programmes including MAX Geheugentrainer, WNL op Zondag, Goedemorgen Nederland and Café Kockelmann. [1]
Beeld & Geluid director Eppo van Nispen tot Sevenaer opened the day with André van Duin and Jan Slagter. The three then struck a coin at Beeld & Geluid to mark 75 years of television in the Netherlands. [1]
