UEFA has paid €31.5m to 611 European clubs for releasing players for the 2024/25 Nations League, Dutch news agency ANP reports.

The payments were made in the week of 29 September 2026 and are the first under club-compensation arrangements between UEFA and European clubs, known as the UEFA Club Benefits Programme. [1]
RB Leipzig receives the largest reported payment: €353,000 for releasing 16 players, according to UEFA figures cited by ANP. [1]
