A four-year-old girl has died after falling from a tower block in Barking, east London, police say. Officers were called to St Paul’s Road at about 11:00 BST on Saturday after reports that a child had fallen from a height.
London Ambulance Service paramedics treated the girl at the scene before she was taken to hospital, where she later died from her injuries, the Metropolitan Police said.
Police said the circumstances were being investigated but that the incident was not believed to be suspicious. They urged anyone with information to call 101, quoting CAD 2424/24OCT.
