The mayor reported debris on diplomatic premises in central Kyiv after a Russian attack that killed three people across the city.

Mayor Vitali Klitschko said preliminary information placed the debris on the grounds of a Western embassy in central Kyiv’s Shevchenkivskyi district. Emergency services were on their way, he said. The city administration recorded his announcement at 10:01 local time on 30 September. [1] [2]
The report came after a Russian missile and drone attack on Kyiv. By 12:25, city authorities said three people had been killed and six injured across the capital. Prosecutors said two women, aged 46 and 95, were killed in a house in Sviatoshynskyi district. Klitschko said a driver for the municipal heating company was killed at a warehouse in Solomianskyi district. [2] [3] [5]
