FAE Ventures is seeking at least £3.2m over alleged unpaid shares of Rita Ora’s touring and television earnings, The Sun reports.

FAE Ventures, a company associated with Ora’s former manager Sarah Stennett, alleges that it was not paid its full share of the singer’s touring and television earnings. The Sun reports that the company is seeking at least £3.2m through a High Court claim. Companies House lists Stennett as holding at least 75% of FAE Ventures’ shares and voting rights. [1] [4]
The reported claim includes just over £1.7m in alleged underpayments linked to deductions for services such as advertising, accountancy and insurance, which the firm disputes. It also raises more than £1.1m linked to income from Ora’s Phoenix World Tour in 2019–20. The Sun says the claim refers to up to £6m in touring earnings allegedly left off financial statements; that is an earnings figure, not a separate £6m commission demand. [1]
A further allegation concerns almost £25,000 in commission on Ora’s work on ITV’s *The Masked Singer*. The firm says invoices used to calculate its share did not accurately reflect what she was contractually entitled to earn. [1]
The Sun reported that FAE Ventures had sought to inspect Ora’s financial records and that she had not filed a defence at the time of its account. It said it had contacted her representatives for comment. [1]
