Bath head of rugby Johann van Graan said a scan confirmed the rupture and that Underhill was due to have surgery on Thursday. Bath expect him to be out until December or January, ruling him out of England’s November matches against Australia, Japan and New Zealand. [1]
Underhill has 51 England caps and played in all five of England’s Six Nations matches this year. He missed the summer internationals while having shoulder surgery. [1]
